Join us for a beautiful, hands-on mala making workshop where we slow down, turn inward and create something meaningful with your own hands.

A mala is more than a string of beautiful beads. Traditionally used as a tool for meditation and mantra, a mala carries intention a physical reminder of what you are cultivating, releasing or calling into your life.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of creating your very own mala from start to finish. You’ll learn about the symbolism and meaning behind the beads, the traditions of a mala, and how to choose materials that feel personally aligned with your intention.

You’ll have the opportunity to select your own beads and create a mala that is completely unique to you.

Together, we’ll move through the process slowly and mindfully weaving intention into every bead, knot and thread.

IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU’LL:

• Learn about the history, symbolism and purpose of malas
• Explore the meaning of different beads and materials
• Set an intention for your mala
• Learn about the traditional structure and significance of 108 beads
• Create and hand-knot your own mala
• Learn how your mala can be used as a tool for meditation and mantra
• Take home a beautiful, personal piece created by you

No previous experience is needed.

This is an invitation to slow down, create with intention and connect with something deeper.

Your mala becomes more than something you wear.

It becomes a reminder.
A ritual.
A physical expression of your intention.

All materials needed to create your mala are included, along with guided instruction throughout the workshop.

Come exactly as you are.

Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothes.
