Bhagavad Gītā Immersion

Join Laura for a 3-hour immersion into one of Yoga’s most influential philosophical texts—the Bhagavad Gītā, explored through its classical teachings and a Tantric lens.

The first 90 minutes will take you inside the story itself unravelling the family lineage, key characters and warriors of the Mahābhārata, and the events that lead Arjuna to the battlefield. Through the story, we’ll explore the kleśas, dharma, karma, attachment, action and the inner conflicts that make the Gītā as relevant to our lives today as it was thousands of years ago.

We’ll then take the philosophy off the page and into the body through a 90-minute embodied, philosophy infused flow, weaving the teachings through āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and meditation.
An opportunity not only to study the Bhagavad Gītā, but to recognise yourself within its story and embody its teachings through practice.
