Vinyasa
A dynamic, breath-led flow that builds strength, mobility and presence. Vinyasa links movement with breath in a continuous, creative sequence inviting you to move with intention and rhythm. Expect fluid transitions, mindful challenge and moments to pause and feel. This class supports both physical vitality and a deeper connection to self. Suitable for all levels.
Rocket
A dynamic and playful practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. Combining postures from the First, Second and Third Series, this energising class includes arm balances, inversions and backbends designed to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Suitable for those looking to explore beyond the basics and challenge their practice.
Hot Mat Pilates
A strong, sweaty and deeply empowering full-body workout. Hot Mat Pilates focuses on controlled, low-impact movements designed to build full body strength, stability and muscular endurance. Using infrared heat, the room is warmed in a way that feels nourishing rather than overwhelming, allowing the body to move, sweat and recover with ease. Suitable for all levels.
Strength & Stretch
Build strength, improve mobility and release tension in this balanced full-body class. Combining Pilates-inspired movement with deep stretching in a gently heated room, you'll leave feeling stronger, longer, and more connected to your body. Suitable for all levels.
Hatha
A traditional practice that invites you to truly land in your body. Hatha yoga focuses on foundational postures held with awareness, allowing time to explore alignment, breath and sensation. This class is both grounding and strengthening, offering space to reconnect, steady the nervous system and cultivate balance on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels.
Yin
A deeply meditative practice that works beneath the surface. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues through passive, long held postures, allowing time for stillness and introspection. This practice encourages surrender, patience and nervous system regulation. Yin supports flexibility, joint health and emotional balance. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch & Release
A nourishing class designed to unwind tension and restore ease. Stretch & Release blends gentle movement, long-held stretches and mindful breathing to support mobility, flexibility and deep relaxation. Ideal for recovery, stress relief or simply slowing down, this class invites the body to soften and the nervous system to reset. Suitable for all levels.
Nervous System Reset
This class weaves restorative yoga, pranayama and guided meditation to support the nervous system, emotional regulate and create inner calm. You’re invited to explore your inner landscape and cultivate a grounded presence. Take a moment to pause, reconnect and feel into a more centred self. Suitable for all levels.
Breathwork & Meditation
Through guided breathwork and meditation, we shift out of the noise of the mind and into the intelligence of the body. You will be guided through conscious breathing techniques, followed by a meditation that supports presence, awareness and inner steadiness.
