Our Team
Brooke Devi
Brooke Devi is a devoted yoga student, Pilates instructor, storyteller, studio founder, mother, and seeker of the philosophies that inspire greater depth to love, healing, and life. With thousands of hours of study across Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Traditional Mysore practice, Tantra, Ayurveda, mythology, and yogic philosophy, her teaching is rooted in both tradition and lived experience.
Passionate about movement as a pathway to transformation, Brooke blends yoga, Pilates, breathwork, mythology, and story to create experiences that invite students to connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them. Her classes are less about perfecting shapes and more about cultivating presence, resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of belonging.
Whether guiding a strong and sweaty Pilates class or a contemplative yoga practice, Brooke's intention is to help people feel at home within themselves. She believes movement is medicine, community is healing, and that the wisdom of these practices is most powerful when carried into everyday life.

Warren Parnell
You can call me Waz.
I found yoga at a time when I felt broken, confused, and angry. What began as an invitation to look within became a lifelong journey of self-inquiry, healing, and growth. Through this practice, I've experienced firsthand what becomes possible when a man can fully accept and express all facets of himself. For that, I owe a great deal of gratitude to yoga and the teachers who have guided me along the way.
My teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong emphasis on preparing the body and mind for meditation. Deeply inspired by yogic philosophy, I am passionate about sharing these teachings in a way that honours their origins while making them relevant and accessible to modern life.

Riley Villacampa
Yoga TeacherA qualified Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and 375 hours of formal training, Riley brings a dynamic, approachable, and authentic energy to every class.
"Personally, I'm direct and energetic in the way I teach, but always accessible in my intention and approach. Coming from a sporting background, basketball was my entire life growing up. Along the way I experienced multiple injuries, including recurring ankle injuries and a knee reconstruction at 20, which gave me a deep appreciation for mobility, flexibility, and sustainable movement.
I'm passionate about creating classes that are accessible to all levels while still offering an opportunity to be challenged. Beyond the physical practice, my own life experiences have led me to a deeper interest in breathwork, nervous system regulation, and the more profound teachings of yoga.
I teach primarily from personal experience. I share what I've learned, what I'm currently learning, and the practices that continue to support me. I'm growing alongside my students, and I'm excited to share the space with you all and guide you through some epic classes."

Cam Mcnamara
Yoga TeacherI first came to yoga for the physical benefits, but it wasn't long before I discovered the depth of the practice beyond the poses. What began as a way to move better evolved into a deeper exploration of breath, awareness, and the connection between body and mind.
Cam's classes are breath-led Vinyasa flows, grounded in the wisdom of traditional yoga and shared through a modern, practical lens. His approach encourages students to move with intention, cultivate presence, and find greater ease both on and off the mat.
Expect a thoughtfully curated journey through movement, breath, sound, and music. Less about perfect alignment, more about feeling good and leaving lighter than when you walked in.

Bonnie
Pilates Teacher I'm a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor.
I fell in love with Pilates over 10 years ago, and what began as a personal passion has grown into a career I feel incredibly grateful to do every day.
I'm also a mother to two beautiful children, so I understand that time, energy, and consistency can look different in every season of life. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, encouraged, and comfortable to show up exactly as you are.
My approach to movement is grounded in one simple philosophy: function over perfection. I believe Pilates should help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body—both in the studio and in everyday life.

Lilly
Pilates Teacher Hi, I'm Lilly!
I'm a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a deep love for classical Pilates and the timeless benefits it brings to the body. My classes blend strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement to help you feel strong, capable, and confident both in the studio and in everyday life.
I graduated from university with a degree in Biotechnology and I'm endlessly fascinated by how the human body works, right down to its cellular processes. I love combining this curiosity with movement to help people better understand and connect with their bodies.
Outside of the studio, you'll usually find me with my nose in a good book or walking my dogs, especially along the beach. And if we meet in class, you'll quickly discover I'm a self-confessed chatterbox who loves a laugh and making everyone feel welcome.
I can't wait to move with you at The Yoga Shala & Wellness.

Whether you need a hype girl, a listening ear, or a class that leaves you feeling stronger, more capable, and better than when you walked in, I'm here for you. My classes are welcoming, anatomy-focused, and thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and have a little fun along the way. I can't wait to move with you!
