This one-day workshop is for everyone who is looking for strategies to re-charge their energy. Our physical yoga practices are very popular and deservedly so. They contribute immensely to our health and vitality. But sometimes we need to look to other practices to re-energise or heal injuries or medical conditions. In this workshop we will explore some of these practices. The aim is to fill our ‘tool box’ with ways of creating more balance in our lives, rediscover our natural rhythms and sooth frayed nerves.
The workshop will explore some of the philosophical aspects of yoga, sound in the form of chanting and soothing practices, such as Yoga Nidra and restorative postures.
