This 5-week course will allow you to float into your weekend. This is for everyone who wants to finish their working week on a calm note. We will start each class with restorative, gentle yoga postures, using supportive equipment. This will be followed by breathing exercises that allow us to detach from the busy-ness of our minds and lead us into meditation.
This course can be attended by anyone interested in exploring the breath as a tool to experience calm within and approach meditation with greater ease. No experience required.
