Who doesn't enjoy watching the slim and graceful strut their stuff on the internet?! It is beautiful to watch an accomplished practitioner practice advanced postures with grace and flow. We can be inspired and motivated to move forward in our own practice. However, with the dominance of the bold and beautiful on facebook and other social media, there is increasing concern that those who don't fit the picture may n=be made to feel inadequate.
