We will start the day with Pranayama and Meditation. The physical yoga practice will be suitable for students of all levels. This will be a gently flowing practice with a focus on moving with the breath, respectful of our individual limitations and needs. The morning session will finish with a deep, guided relaxation.
During a beautiful, wholefoods vegetarian lunch prepared by Ali from the Veggie Kitchen, you have the opportunity to connect to fellow yogis, sharing stories and experiences. Enjoy the tranquil surrounds of the farm and take some rest before the afternoon session. If you are interested you can experience "Brain Tap", a deep relaxation device, operating with recorded sounds/instructions & light.
We will start the afternoon exploring what good health and wellbeing means and how we can use practices that reduce stress to live healthier lives. Then Kalray will guide you into deep relaxation with the sound vibrations of the Double Heart Tibetan Bowls set.

Kalray's first contact with meditation occurred at young age during Judo practices, where the aim for meditation was to improve performance. Since then the curiosity of how a simple practice could be so effective in improving performance various aspects in life has not stopped. He now practices vipassana meditation. Sound healing is one of Kal's passions, which he incorporates into meditation practices and his work as a massage therapist through the use of Tibetan Bowls.
