Chakradance with Sara Phillips | Fri, 1 Dec - 7 pm

Chakradance is a dance practice for body and soul. It’s a powerful experience that will free and energise you and it is often called the ‘sister’ of yoga. It combines spontaneous dance, guided imagery and music to promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “wellbeing”.

There is no right or wrong way to CHAKRADANCE. It’s a journey of self-discovery. Each chakra is explored through specific music, guided imagery and your own free, improvised dance, done with your eyes softly closed'.

The music is important, as it resonates deeply with each of the seven major chakras – the energy centres that integrate and regulate our physical, mental and emotional energies. This workshop will be on the BASE chakra. Future workshops will specifically explore each of the other chakras

Many who have experienced Chakradance claim it has transformed their lives for the better; others, simply that they enjoyed it hugely. Chakradance is truly a gift to yourself, and you will leave with insights into your own body, heart & soul.
