It’s getting close to Christmas and for many of us this means times are busy. Treat yourself to this opportunity to bring a sense of calm into the usual pre-Christmas mayhem.
Each 75-minute class will combine a variety restorative yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
In restorative yoga, the body relaxes and opens gently in postures that are supported by equipment and are held for several minutes. This is a non-challenging practice, that allows us to connect to our bodies, stretch gently and re-charge our batteries.
Over the duration of the course we will explore different breathing techniques (Pranayama) that balance the energy of the body and calm the mind.
You don’t need any previous yoga experience to join this course.
