Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop | Sun 8 Dec

Ayurveda is the ancient natural healing system of India and brings a complete knowledge of how to live in tune with nature for better health. Ayurvedic wisdom teaches the main cause of poor health and disease is due to toxins (ama).  Toxins are caused by improper digestion of food which  accumulates in the the bodily tissues and channels. These toxins can be greatly reduced by eating foods suitable for your body type and by applying the principals of Ayurvedic nutrition to balance your digestion. In addition, toxins are caused by mental stress which also affects digestion, so health is restored when you attend to both mind and body.

At this workshop you’ll learn how to cook nourishing and delicious food that makes you feel light, satisfied, energetic and content! Jo will teach you how to balance your digestion using the 3 most important principals of Ayurvedic nutrition, so you get the most out of your food…. and your life!
