This 4-week course is ideal for people with limited or no previous yoga experience. In a small group environment you will experience yoga postures and learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
Although the course is not a prerequisite to attending other classes at The Yoga Shala, it is an opportunity to learn the basics and become comfortable with key postures, prior to delving into classes with more experienced participants.
Yoga Fundamentals is offered as a course with weekly classes on Tuesdays & Fridays at 5.30 pm. Class duration is 75 minutes. All equipment is provided but if you have a mat already, feel free to use it.
