Restore Breathe Meditate
Life is stressful and busy for most of us, most of the time. This class aims to offer a refuge form the busyness of our everyday lives.
Each class starts with restorative, gentle yoga postures, using supportive equipment. This will be followed by Pranayama (breathing exercises). You will learn specific breathing techniquesdesigned to detach from the busy-ness of our minds and lead us into meditation.
Classes finish with a deep, guided relxation.
This class can be attended by anyone interested in exploring the breath as a tool to experience calm within and approach meditation with greater ease or simply looking for a relaxing yoga class. No experience required.
