Pregnancy Yoga classes are specifically designed for the changing body, with a focus on creating space and stability through breath led movements. This will help you to move safely and at your own level.
Build strength to help train your body for the physical aspect of birth and maintain mobility, relieving the symptomatic ailments of pregnancy such as lower back aches, sciatica and muscle stiffness.
Learn valuable skills to help manage strong sensations in labour and induce relaxation. Prepare your mind for a positive birth experience and enjoy time connecting with your baby in utero.
The best time to begin is from 12 weeks, you can continue practicing as long as it feels good to do so.
