This Dynamic class will offer a creative flow with an emphasis on alignment and form. Moving on each inhale and exhale, expect to be challenged and have fun.
Each class will be built around a theme; this might be a deeper focus on a particular body area (e.g. hips) or working towards a particular pose (e.g. crane pose) or take inspiration from the seasons, chakra system, a yoga story or philosophy.
Classes will start with Pranayama (breathing exercises), move into a seated warm-up and then progress to standing sequences and more challenging poses before concluding with a warm-down and guided relaxation.
