Beginners courses are the ideal way of starting your yoga journey. You are taught the basics of breath, postures and movement in a small group environment. Courses run over a four week period with classes twice/week. 

Beginners Courses are held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6 am and Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 pm. We limit the number of participants to 8 per class.

Cost: $130

Booking is essential, as spaces are limited to 8 students only.
