At the Yoga Shala a team of experienced Yoga teachers shares their passion for Yoga with students of all levels in a serene and peaceful environment. Classes include Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Meditation.  Our classes use the breath as a tool to create internal awareness and focus. We see Yoga as a way of building and maintaining strength, flexibility and self-awareness, creating a path towards compassion, respect and a deepened understanding of life.

Due to COVID-restrictions all classes are offered in pre-booked blocks. Please do not attend classes if you are unwell.

Under the current NSW Healthg Order mask-wearing is a requirement in indoor commercial spaces. Please bring your own mask. While this requirement is in place we will not offer any Ashtanga classes in the studio. Thanks for your understanding!







There are no AM Mysore classes held on the days of Full Moon and New Moon.

Courses, pre-paid passes and workshop/retreat fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Introductory Offers are for new students only. Please choose your class pass or membership wisely, as we don’t offer an extension on class passes or refunds. Missed classes of a course can be made up within the term of the course.
