At the Yoga Shala a team of experienced Yoga teachers shares their passion for Yoga with students of all levels in a serene and peaceful environment. Classes include Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Meditation.  Our classes use the breath as a tool to create internal awareness and focus. We see Yoga as a way of building and maintaining strength, flexibility and self-awareness, creating a path towards compassion, respect and a deepened understanding of life.

We offer traditional, early morning Ashtanga Mysore practice. In these classes tudents memorise and self-practice a sequence of postures over time. Regular practice is fundamental, with a minimu requirement of twice weekly practice. This method is suitable for anyone regardless of age and experience. We offer Ashtanga Yoga beginners courses, however, beginners are welcome in Mysore-classes by appointment. 

Yin, Hatha and other classes that are not offered as courses, can be attended as casual classes without prior booking.



The Yoga Shala will re-open on Saturday, 13 June. Initially, all classes will be offered as a 5-week course, which can be pre-booked online. To book click here.








There are no AM Mysore classes held on the days of Full Moon and New Moon.

Courses, pre-paid passes and workshop/retreat fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Introductory Offers are for new students only. Please choose your class pass or membership wisely, as we don’t offer an extension on class passes or refunds. Missed classes of a course can be made up within the term of the course.
