Types of Yoga Classes

The majority of our Ashtanga Yoga classes are taught Mysore-style. Students memorise and self-practice a sequence of postures over time. Regular practice is fundamental in this tradition. This method is suitable for anyone regardless of age and experience. We offer beginners courses, however, beginners are welcome in Mysore-classes by appointment. Minimum attendence is twice/week for Mysore-style classes.

We offer a small number of led Ashtanga Yoga classes, where a teacher guides the students through (parts) of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence.

The Yoga Shala also offers restorative yoga and meditation.


The Yoga Shala will be closed on Monday, 11 June.








There are no AM Mysore classes held on the days of Full Moon and New Moon.

Applies only to early MORNING Mysore Style classes 6:00am - 8:00am

Courses, pre-paid passes and workshop/retreat fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Introductory Offers are for new students only. Please choose your class pass or membership wisely, as we don’t offer an extension on class passes or refunds. Missed classes of a course can be made up within the term of the course.
