Mum's Yoga

Mums and Bubs yoga is a class for women 6 weeks post birth and beyond and for pregant women. If you can find some time for yourself without your kid/s or wish to get back on the mat with your baby (until crawling) this is the class for you.

Bring your baby, or leave him/her with someone else! A comfy blanket for baby to lay on and a rattle or toy.

  • Enjoy some one on one time with your new baby 
  • Re-connect with your pelvic floor
  • Strengthen and release your lower back and shoulders
  • Relieve and reduce stress through relaxation and breath work
  • Re-energise and empower yourself as a mother

This class is run in 5-week blocks. Cost is $80.
