The Yoga Shala offers two levels of led classes. Level 1 classes are aimed at those new to Ashtanga Yoga and students seeking a less strenuous class. Classes focus on breathing technique and moving with the breath. They also include guided relaxation. Class duration is 1 hour 15 minutes.
General led classes are open to anyone with previous Ashtanga Yoga experience. Students are guided through (parts of) the Ashtanga Primary Sequence by the teacher. Classes are 1 ½ hours.
