Hatha Yoga

This is a well-rounded class open to students of all levels. We bring our mind to an internal focus through breath awareness. We build strength and flexibility through the practice of classical yoga postures. We come to a place of stillness during conscious relaxation. Each practice aims not only to increase the body's wellbeing but also to explore the workings of the mind and come to a place of greater balance within ourselves.
